A week of learning how to teach the principles but using the philosophy that Carlos is teaching and entwining this philosophy into our practice of teaching.
Its a real practice week of everybody finding their own place in the teachings. We will practice teaching and assisting.

The week will have a strong focus on the Tantric philosophy behind Anusara yoga and look at how it forms the basis of teaching Anusara yoga. The training will be held at Pengree House in Cornwall, a beautiful old Cornish manor which provides the perfect retreat style setting for this week intensive.

What is the secret of the tremendous display of energy behind all natural phenomena? What is the dynamism of life? What is theat power which enlivens our senses and our mind? What is the vitality behind conciousness. How can we be in contact with the source of energy and happiness? These are some of the questions explored this week with Carlos. Drawing from one of the fundamental texts of Tantric Shaivism in Kashmir, Carlos will explor the very foundation of life and the universe, unveiling powerful insights and a variety of transformative practices that have the potential to radically transform and enrich our lives.
Vijnanan Bhairava
Carlos will explore the Vijnanan Bhairava - sutras of different meditation techniques which can be thought of as little nuggets which describe diffent avenues to meditation.
This training is for teachers who have already done trainings with Bridget and want to gain more teaching and assisting experience. During this week Bridget will work with students through micro-teaching exercises and assisting techniques and Carlos Pomeda will share insights into the Tantric philosophy underlying the practice and teachings of Anusara.
