1. LIGHT UP THE SKY
Learn the fundamental principles of Anusara Yoga
In
this uptempo practice Bridget will weave the 3 A's of Anusara _
Attitude, Alignment, Action. The highest expression of an asana occurs
when the body is optimally Aligned, the Action is strong and balanced
and the Attitude powerful and clear.
Bridget
will be teaching Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment, including
the loops and spirals which have become synonymous with this style.
This will bring great strength and freedom to your yoga practice and
allow you to go deeper.
In this mixed level practice a full spectrum of poses will be covered.
2. UNFOLDING THE LOTUS
In this Anusara workshop a variety of hip opening poses will be taught.
Bridget will show you how to safely and effectively align the legs and pelvis to open the hips with freedom from knee pain.
This workshop will conclude with pranayama and meditation.
